You’re doing a walkthrough of the Dawn of Souls version? I don’t think you’ll find many people who need help with that version. Hopefully.

Yeah, this version is too easy without a walkthrough. You have items that can recover MP within dungeons, the MP system at all instead of the spells-per-day, you can buy phoenix downs rather than having to use either the life spell (which doesn’t even work during battle) or go to a clinic, and you can save without using a tent, cabin, or house on the world map.

You gotta give him some credit, maybe he never tried the old school version. I would be happy at least he’s trying or even playing playing the godfather of all NES RPGs.
