The English version is from the OAV Boxset Special CD that was released with the VHS box set by Viz, and the Japanese version is from DoCo First.

Mediafire is where I tend to upload smaller RAR files. It’s a reliable site, but for some reason when I try to upload anything bigger than 20-25MB, it never uploads properly. 😮

Incidentally, if there’s anything else you need, I’ve got an extensive Ranma 1/2 collection. There are a couple of rare things I still can’t seem to find, but I do have quite a bit.
