I was thinking of going to Leeds for the experience but I’ll like so few of the bands that I don’t know if it’s worth the money. Unless Kraftwerk headline, which might be possible since I’ve just found out they’re second headliners to Coachella. This might mean a tour! Although I have no idea why Portishead are headlining though, since Kraftwerk appear to have influenced Portishead. Oh well. The bastards.
Aaannyway, going to Lovebox in London to see the Lips most likely and I’m seeing the Mars Volta in Manchester.
Anyone else?
The Cure in march
nightwish in april
I really want to see explosions in the sky. Lucky bastard
I’ve seen them before, but goddammit, it was a typical case of the wrong sorta crowd at the wrong sorta gig. Loud audience + soothing post-rock = Nono. -_-
Edit: and also Rockfest, a small festival near me, basically going to check it out ’cause I’m curious if the band Misery Signals is any good live or not.
Just waiting for leeds tickets to go on sale.
I can’t decide whether or not to go and see Counting Crows at Hyde Park in London or not…
Festival toilets haunt me.
I’m putting a gig on in Barnsley, S Yorkshireon the 13th of March if anyone fancies it…
