Depends on what you have to say about these people on your website. Not many people I know, will stand by and let someone speak of them negatively, and let them get away with it.

If they won’t leave you in peace, you must of done something to them, for them to be so upset. If they keep bugging you, either ignore them (Via the Ignore function) or Blacklist them. I wouldn’t even bother with getting a GM involved, as it is not the job of a GM to be a babysitter to players.
