If been looking a bit, and have yet to find the music that is playing when you are fighting Vayne Solidor for the first time. (battle with Larsa helping) The closest thing I could find was the Theme Of The Empire, I would greatly appriciate help finding it.

That is the song. "Theme of the Empire" plays when you fight Vayne for the first time. The song itself is sort of split up into two parts since it’s also the background music for Archades, except the serious part of the song does not play then.

I’m not sure… I would venture to say no. Unless someone took the time to rip both parts as they are in the game into separate songs, I don’t think you’ll find it anywhere. :S

Don’t you just mean "Upheaval (Imperial Version)"? It’s listed on the 4-disked OST, and the "Selections from Final Fantasy XII" 2 disked Soundtrack.
