Well this is a short song I came across, its all instrumental and is only about 1 minute.

http://rapidshare.com/files/74055638/AudioSample.wma

I was just wondering what "type" of music is it. I would love more like it i just love how it is almost like Classical/Jazz/Rock. I ripped it from a game (WWE Smackdown! Just Bring It) but there is nothing else on that song at all. Can someone please help me?

Here is it in it’s original form in the game:

I’m sure there are plenty of quality bands under that umbrella of music, though I’m not a connoisseur on that musical genre.

I recommend Nightwish.

Symphonic metal, I believe.

Can’t listen to it at the moment, but the correct name for that genre would be Progressive

Isn’t progressive more stuff like Yes and Rush?

Yes and Rush would be more or less classified as progressive rock. Other bands in that genre would be like The Tangent, Spock’s Beard, Transatlantic, The Flower Kings, or Porcupine Tree

That did sound like Progressive Symphonic Metal. Symphony X or some Dream Theater could be likened to it.

I’d suggest starting out with something like Dream Theater as I feel they are the easiest to get into as far as Progressive Metal goes. They’ve also kind of pioneered the genre in many ways.

Makes sense. I have a few Dream Theater albums and I quite like them.

well, Dream Theater, in my opinion, is probably the most potent in the genre, particularly their earlier work. Nowadays, there are probably other bands doing at least as good as a job, such as The Ark, Spiral Architect, and Opeth.
