Of course the reason to this is that Star Soldier 64 wasn’t that popular of a game. Most reviews of it also put it to shame with complaints of bland gameplay and all that jazz. – I see it to be a treasure though since it’ is one of very few SHMUPS that were on the N64, if not the only. Ontop of that, I rather enjoyed the music for the game, as I have actually made raw sound files from the game via Emulator. Pretty terrible to hear if you’re -not- me but it keeps the spirit of the music alive still.
Anyway, as I said, I enjoyed the game. The Music, Gameplay, and Design was pretty damn good if I do say so myself.
That said, I’m requesting the soundtrack of Star Soldier 64. There is an OST out there. It was released in 1998 if I’m correct. And it is very rare for the people outside of Japan.
The OST contains the original music, as well as alternate versions. Perhaps I am the only one that wishes for this game’s OST, but it would be more appreciated than many of the releases people download on here.
