Not another FRIENDLY CREATURES question

Hello there, dudes,

I recently start playing FFIX again, this time solving all sidequests and stuff… the problem is that I DO complete the friendly creatures quest, but everytime I find friendly Yan, he keeps asking me if I met "the others"…

Am I missing something? I even try to find one by one in their specific locations just to keep sure that I find them all… but still nothing.

I’m at disc 4 and, again, yes, I do find all of them. Any idea?

Help me, please!

Finding all of them is a sidequest? I thought they were there so that if you were lucky enough to find them you get a lot of weapon exp.

Do you get something in the end?

Finding them all allows you to physically attack Ozma, I think you maybe get a Moonstone as well. Farbabeuf, are you sure you met and properly satisfied all of them? Have you checked it against a list?

Im absolutely sure! And it’s weird cause I already checked it with a list…! And even though, in case that I miss anyone, that’s no reason for it to disappear from its location, don’t you think?

Damn, what Im supossed to do? Bye to my 50 hours of perfect gaming, to all my high levels and stats, to all abilities learned… good bye to all that! I’m starting to feel dirty!…

in case that I miss anyone, that’s no reason for it to disappear from its location, don’t you think?
Some of the friendly monsters DO change locations after disc 3. You might want to go back and check! Once I missed one of the monsters and it took m FOR-FRIGGEN-EVER to figure out which one it was.

The friendly Yeti is in the forest by Madain Sari on Disc 2, but moves to the Daines-Horse Basin outside of Burmecia on Disc 3 and 4.

The Green Nymph in in the forest by the Iifa Tree on Disc 2, but moves to the Eesistern Coast west of Cleyra on Disc 3 and 4.

You were right! I finally found it!

It was the first one, the one that appears near Dali, it is named Mu, although he appears now in a place called Gunitas Basin. Yeah!

Just for the record, in case someone has the same problem in the future: friendly creatures do change locations in Disc 4. I was unaware of that.
