I found the album with Tornado (2004) on it called Lupin III Drive Groovin Lupin gettin it now let me know if your still lookin for that track or if you want the whole album

Well, A…Lupin III OSTs aren’t very hard to find if you know where to look. Trouble is, the franchise has been around since the late 60s (when manga debuted), and the anime since 1971. Since then there’ve been 3 separate TV animes, numerous OVAs and theatrical movies, and quite a few game spinoffs.
