Well, Silent Hill has a couple of depressing, almost Gothic tracks. Moreso emo than goth.

"Room of Angel" is great.

Try Bloodrayne 1 and 2, Quake 3, Thrill Kill, Twisted Metal Black and the Killing Floor mod for unreal tournament 2004. good stuff.

The Descent 2 redbook has some cuts that are very influenced by industrial music. In fact, some of the tracks were made by Ogre of Skinny Puppy and Type O Negative contributed a track, as well.
