Here you go.

http://rapidshare.com/files/68900643/Valkyrie_Profile_Silmeria_-VP_1_2_Sound_Profile_CD.rar.html

Track list:
01 – To the Eternal Land
02 – Purse The Awful Mistery
03 – Celestial Troupe
04 – Never Surrender
05 – To the Unhallowed Ground
06 – Doorway to Heaven
07 – Fighting the Shadowy Gods
08 – Distortions in the Void of Despair
09 – Confidence in the domination
10 – Take a flight -ver.LENNETH- (Bonus Track)
11 – The Sky Was High Above (Bonus Track)

From what I can tell, the quality of "Confidence in the domination" is slightly different on this CD than it is on either the original Valkyrie Profile soundtrack or the Lenneth remastering. Track four, "Never Surrender," seems instrumentally different from the version on the Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria OST, although I suppose it could just be my imagination; either way, I prefer what’s here to what’s there. Aside from the bonus stuff, you’ve probably heard the rest of it if you’re a fan of the series.

I hunted this down specifically for the final track, which evidently made its first appearance in a Japanese commercial and cropped up again in a trailer for VP2, which is where I initially heard it.

Commence with "lol rapidshit" or somesuch nonsense.
