I’ve actually gone out and brought the Sam and Max soundtrack CD. It’s published in the US, so wasn’t that expensive to actually go out and buy ^_^
If you’re looking to get the tracks off of the game, I wouldn’t recommend trying to get a copy of the CD.
Instead, google "Telltale Music extractor". You can then rip the tracks (in OGG format) from the game itself. That way you also get hold of the tracks not on the CD.
