Rockman 7 & 8 OFFICIAL soundtracks

This might be a bit of a waste, as I’m probably sure The Megaman Network will have them at some point, but this week Capcom released the official soundtracks for 7 & 8. I’d like to request them if someone has found them so I can replace my gamerips with the better quality sounds.

Has sound bytes for 7, 8, and the rock remix album too. There’s no samples to the techno album yet though. And as you’ll note, the 7 & 8 albums were released the 21st.

Okay, so tonight I found the 2 soundtracks. Well, RM7 is disappointing, but RM8 isn’t so bad.

The problem with RM7 is that some of the sound effects (like text and appearance warps) are left in some of the tracks, thus ruining the music, and the quality still sounds the same as a gamerip.

RM8 is okay though. It’s the complete PSX version (so don’t expect Cutman and Woodman, or the alternate Tenguman theme), but what impressed me is that the bgms used in the video sequences are clear and good (like the X4 OST). The sound quality for 8 is very good and very clear. Eventually I will upload RM8, but unless requested, I would NOT recommend RM7.
