That is strange to me. Final Fantasy IX dont has any tracks unreleased does it? The first OST with 4 discs and OST Plus with the CG tracks of the game, has all. Correct If I am wrong.

its not that it doesnt have tracks missing in the ost its just that when even i find it the website hosting it is always missing tracks
