Dual! OP/ED CD Single

To be honest, I really do not need the entire CD single in this request, though if the entire thing is provided as an archive, I will accept that.

I am looking for the OP/ED CD Single for Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure, sung by UNIVERS*LD (Haru & Sayaka for the OP, Shifo for the ED). The reason I do not need the entire collection is because I already have the vocal versions (tracks 1 & 2). I’m looking for the karaoke versions (tracks 3 & 4), which have proven to be most elusive. And if it’s at all possible, a nice cover image would be nice as well (also very elusive).

I thank anyone who can help me in advance with this small but humble request.
