I’m sure my target audience need not explain who/where/ and what comes out of the dessert sessions. My question is how you guys listen? Surely not everyone has their own copy of each individual album? What about those late to jump on the band wagon like myself? I’ve been a fan of QOTSA since Songs for the Death but it wasn’t till some time last year I first heard of the magic that is Desert Sessions.
I’ve only come across a handful of albums some going for US$50 and more on sites like amazon and I’m wondering if there is a cheaper alternative for fans. I’ve heard about the rumor floating around since last year about a complete collection from vol 1. to 10. but… I’m keen on buying but not at US$50. I just spent my last $40 on the two Eagles of Death Metal and I’m attempting to get my kicks from a complete torrent. >.<
I’ve only heard Make it with chu, and love that version of the song
