nowhere. ff9 was released on cd for psx, not ps2. the video is at standard definition. any video with a higher resolution has simply been stretched.

they may have been released on DVD but that doesn’t mean they’re DVD quality. the best quality available is what’s already on the discs, which you can rip with psmplay etc.
