The title of the song is called ‘Stroll’.
Try looking for it on any file-sharing program. I’m sure some will say ‘english’ in the filename.

I’ve looked for it before and only found the Japanese version… Haven’t seen the English one anywhere.

Have you looked for it under "Tonari no Totoro"? It might sound counter-intuitive to look under the Japanese title, but stranger things have happened…
