well, i saw that it and although it’s good. it doesn’t have .mp3 files, with mp3s you can use anywhere with audio playing technology, those files only work with a certain player

You don’t need a player to play .spc files, you can also download a winamp plugin.
Also, in winamp you can go to preferences and look for the plugin that is being used to make the output of a file being played. Usually this will be the regular plugin that plays music but you can also select something that will output a mp3 file. I’ll explain more later if necessary. This plugin is great. Although, mp3 files might be lower quality than the original spc file.
