To the best of my knowledge, there are no manga for any of the games in the Final Fantasy series. However, as Temarivosa indicated, Kingdom Hearts has proven to be reasonably popular as a manga series, so you never know. I myself have read all installments of both the original Kingdom Hearts and Chain of Memories manga (just finished Chain of Memories 2 yesterday) as well as the first installment of Kingdom Hearts II.
