No its not yet.

The beta is out right now if you preload the whole orange box on steam. Its a very fun game! Episode 2 is ready for preload and when it is done I will be able to go into the music files even before the Oct 10 release date and get the music with the program GCFscape. Ill try posting the rest here sometime next week maybe.
