I never noticed your collections, but will do now.
I first saw Jameela’s relaxing collection and since I like that kind of music, I tried to do the same thing, but with my taste, and not videogame music (except only a few songs)
To be honest, game music is not what I seek when I want to listen to relaxing music. Not that I am dissing VG osts, because my favorite music composer is Nobuo Uematsu .
Hell, you can tell a portion of what I like just by downloading one of my collections. I like many genres though, and kinda have made the 7th collection with Gothic music only.

I really like your less mainstream heavy choices. Relaxing means to have a calm mind, which is quite difficult with video game tracks you heard a hundred times Final Fantasy Relax Compilation = Bad Idea).

Yes , I am not saying that it’s impossible to relax with game music, but when you hear the theme you heard 500 times while leveling up, and you’re hating it, it’s kinda hard to relax with it .
I don’t know exactly, it depends on the person.
Final Fantasy – Potion (1+2) and others do have this relaxing music, and I love them, but my music taste varies as I said, and I have found solace in the genres cited in my collections .
