One thing I don’t understand…

Why do those four look similar?

Sorry, I had to leave quickly. Lenne, Yuna, Tidus and Shuyin? Why do they look similar?

Maybe by fate? Maybe they’re descendants? Maybe Square was running out of ideas for the X-2 plot? Dunno.

They needed something to link past with present?

Time is looped and history is just repeating itself?

Maybe they’re just descendants as said by Mierna. Which would make Tidus and Yuna incestuous.

Square lacks creativity? That could be it. I feel like there are many Yuna look alikes in Square’s arsenal of female characters with Ashe and the FFXIII character. Atleast in the facial area.

Same game/same designer…yea.

Tidus is a dream created by the Fayth right? They tried to dream about Zanakard and its people as it was before the war. Shuyin was a citizen of Zanakard, and posibly he is the man that the Fayth dreams as Tidus.
Tidus himself lived in a diffrent version of Zanakard (no sin, no war, no other cities etc) so he has a different personality and memories.

And about Lenne and Yuna. I cant see how they look so alike.

yeah Shuyin does indeed look like Tidus in nearly every way, but Lenne does not look like Yuna alot.

x2, plus continuity of the story. If Shuyin didn’t look like Tidus, Yuna wouldn’t have searched for him.

Lenne could be Yuna’s descendant but it seems impossible….. because she can’t conceive since she died by gunshots…… but it’s possible that Yuna is Lenne’s reincarnation! ^_^ but her past life is still in her! lol………. Shuyin and Tidus….. what ROKI said is a possibility!

I’m thinking descendants gotta be maybe IDK. If the game was based on reality and not fantasy I’d say it’s because there are only about 35-38 different facial types in the world thats why some people look alike but it’s fantasy not reality so Ya descendants maybe
