Unfortunately not, the closest to the albums I’m after on that site is a fan made mix of Metal Gear and Snake’s Revenge tracks. To specify, there are two albums I’m after – one is the "Metal Gear / Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Music Collection" that was released fairly recently I think (but I’m not sure). The second is the "Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Original Game Soundtrack" that was released in 1991. Both were only released in Japan.
