There was no Mai-Otome Zwei OST as all tracks (apart from the ending credit songs) were taken from the Mai-HiME and Mai-Otome OSTs. And Mai never fought Yuma, however the track I believe you’re referring to Nemuranai Yami no Shitou from Mai-HiME OST Vol.2 ~ Mai.
