I was hoping anybody could either find or wip up the music from DK Jungle Climber for DS.

I’ve got all the music, but the quality isn’t the absolute best and there are sound effects in the beginnings of some of them. I’ll upload it when I’ve got the time.

I’m cool with that. Thanks!=)

No problem. Just gotta give me a few minutes to rip some of the ending levels.

Agreed.

I’m also interested in hearing music from this game.

If possible, let me know what recording method you are using. I may be able to help you if needed.

It’s an USB thing that plugs into a headphone jack as well. As soon as my computer recognizes it, it automatically records WAV files from the device to my computer. I have no clue on the manufacturer, since it’s rather old and faded. It’s a pain in the ass to use, but it gets the job done.

There really isn’t a method of using it, just timing when you plug it into the computer. I let it sit for a five minutes or so, and take it off and delete the extra parts from the WAV in Audacity.

That being said, I’m working on the soundtrack now.

Interesting, I’m doing something very similar for Sonic Rush Adventure, except it doesn’t require me to wait five minutes to record. My method is more along the lines of an actual line-in gamerip.

Nevertheless, I am still intereted in seeing how this turns out.

Maybe he/she forgot. 😮

If the situation for DK Jungle Climber is ANYTHING like Sonic Rush Adventure, I wouldn’t say that quite yet. Give it a few more days.

She. And I’ll have them all by Tuesday, for absolutely certain. I’m at 4-5 (factory) and will get the rest of the music as I progress more through the game.

The only difficult part about this is finding a way to rid of the beginning sound effects. Talking to Cranky and zooming out of him does that, but I’m finding a way on the levels that don’t contain Cranky.

For certain music tracks, try to see if the loop point is the exact same as the intro segment (first few seconds) of the song. If needed, I can assist in editing the loop segment as long as I know where the loop starts.

In other words, if you find tracks such as these and wish for them to be edited, I can help you with this. It won’t really take any time away from me recording tracks from Sonic Rush Adventure.

Please note that the majority of these have sound effects in the tracks at one point, because for some odd reason, my device malfunctions when audio fades away at a point or another (in zooming out of Cranky.)

I’m impressed. I love it 30treei8! Only problem is the extra sound effects. But I think it was worth downloading. It’d be cool though if someone else made something like this but without SFX. Anyways, thanks again!^^

I know…this was my original version (the one I made before I realized how to do it properly, since I’m honestly not too smart). Then I started a new file and was planning on making it better -which ended up not coming out well- but I’ll try my best, I’ve got an idea.

I’ll fix it for the better very soon. Thanks for liking what I have, though.

Just remember that I am available for any needed assistance. I offer it because there hasn’t been any Donkey Kong game from which I disliked the music.

I am in the final stretch of Sonic Rush Adventure, so it wouldn’t take any time away from me.

I’m not sure if I should be doing this, but I have the game now and I’m already interested in the music. In about 2 weeks time, I could undertake THIS project since DBZ:BT3 won’t be out for a while in the US.
