After looking at this site, it doesn’t look like you can ACTUALLY download the mp3 file unless you copied it from your temporary internet files folder (from your computer, not website).

XD I’m the one who uploaded that! All you have to do to download is register. No problem, right?
Edit: The budokai 2 english full version theme is there too, just go into the music folder of my profile.
