i think it just means the old game that they already have, ff7 is the follow on story from Crisis Core you know, its like…the starwars movies

This was what I was hoping for. I think.. that the release of Crisis Core may bring back several old FFVII fans and appeal the newer generations to the FFVII storyline. If CC turns out to be successful, Square may just redo FFVII. That way both the new and old can experience the storyline of FFVII in higher quality animation and graphics. I wouldnt mind playing FFVII again, but as of now. Completing Crisis Core and then going back to PS1’s FFVII for the story.. it’ll just feel weird.
