Both sites are in Japanese. The English Tohou wiki also has a section on fan arrange cds but it isn’t as comprehensive as the previous two sites.

I’m not sure what you want me to list? This is all Touhou music. None of it is original game audio though. The Stepmania Pack contains some arranged tracks by ZUN himself (the ONE and ONLY developer of Touhou), but all the other stuff are fan (doujin) arrangements. A lot of them contain vocals too. ZUN has also released some arranged albums which I’ll upload later.

Yes, it says so in the topic, doesn’t it? Touhou doujin albums. Doujin means fan works. This is only a fraction of all the albums released. The series is insanely popular when it comes to fan arrangements.

Well, I don’t own the album myself so no. Maybe it’s suppose to be there. How would a system sound enter an MP3 during the ripping process? This ain’t the 80s. Things happen digitally.

I don’t play it myself, though. I think it’s pretty silly to play it on a keyboard, and my room isn’t suited for a dance mat. I get my rhythm game fix from Guitar Hero.

the touhou pack i know isnt suited for pad players unless ur hella good.
if u think it’s easy to play them on kb, u have made a big mistake
example the song plastic mind’s pretty hard, i can A it myself

Actually, that link I provided has a few problems (for me anyways).

Some of the soundtracks they have come as .ogg, so no big deal, I go to convert them to mp3, but then it says some of the files don’t exist. I tried with multiple programs and I can only convert the same few songs. I don’t know why this is.

Ah . . . it seems that the Spiritual Spellers album link doesn’t work (says the file was ‘deleted’), and I happened to have been looking for a track from there (U. N. Owen Was Her?) . . . could you re-upload it (or would someone be willing to give me a link to a place that has it? I couldn’t find it at Doujinstyle, but then I have a funny habit of missing what’s right in front of me . . . )?

EDIT: NEVERMIND . . . found it in the Touhou section (I had been looking specifically in the Music section . . . geez . . . ) . . . don’t need to reply to me . . . *sigh* I feel like an idiot.
