PS2 Network Play ???

Well Way Fookin Hey !!!!! – Finally got my PS2 and Xbox hooked up to the internet (took some time due to sheer laziness) 🙂 , and network play is now my new playroom :laugh: 🙂
I’ve only got a few games for the network play on both consoles – But what are the best games to buy for the PS2 n why ??
I’ve already got (for the PS2)
– WRC Rally Evolved
– Socom,US Navy Seals
– Outlaw Golf 2
– n Syphonfilter
Any suggestions would be a help – cheers 🙂

lol – I have not played any of the games online yet, n I don’t really like the games I’ve got (they were cheap) !! I more hooked it up late last night due to sheer nosiness – n was just wondering 🙂 – thanks anyway 🙂

The only thing I’ve played online with a PS2 is FF XI. Do not do that. Tracking down a rig and setting it up is much more trouble than it is worth. Well, not for me, but for the average person.

I’ve not got FFXI yet :erm: – but probably give it a go when I dae 🙂

The only thing is when I connected last night (well early morn) no one was playing in any of the rooms 🙁 – Don’t know if this was because of the time factor , or a lack of players in general ??? :confused:

If you’re going to play XI, either use a 360 or your PC.

I play my PS2 online all the time… some games I recommend are..

Starwars Battlefront II
Monster Hunter {My favorite online game of all time}
Socom: Combined Assault
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat

Do not let other people tell you BF2 sucks because "OMGZ the PC version is so much betterz!!1"…. for a console game it’s the best of the lot. I’ve personally played the 360 version as well and it was honestly worse than the Playstation one. There are still thousands of people playing it online every day and it’s just fun, simple and addictive. I prefer it over Socom if you want my opinion.
