1. World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade(PC)
2. The Elder Scrolls IV: The Shivering Isles(PC, Xbox 360)
3. Super Paper Mario(Wii)
4. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion(w/ Knights of the Nine)(PS 3)
5th or 6th. Rogue Galaxy
5th or 6th. Odin Sphere
I have Rogue Galaxy and am 13 hours into it. I have never played Odin Sphere. Both are action rpg’s released this spring for Playstation 2 with roughly the same level of popularity, so I thought a poll would be a good thing to make.
Since I haven’t played Odin Sphere I may not choose one, I’ll vote for I don’t know. What is your choice and comments? 🙂
The website for Odin Sphere has great music! 🙂
The story in Rogue Galaxy is ok, how good is the story in Odin Sphere? Ultimately a rpg game seems to be remembered for a great story and characters and music I believe. Final Fantasy VI dominates those categories! 🙂
Who cares. It’s nothing but a poll that means basically nothing.
Rogue Galaxy has many cool aspects but i got bored after a while…
truth is 3d doesn’t always mean better game…
Which is more successful? Also, how do these two titles compare to the fall rpg’s released so far which are in a similar league to it: Persona 3, Blue Dragon, and Eternal Sonata? I didn’t list The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass because I think it’s generally considered to be a better game. 😀
I rented Persona 3 for 3 hours and thought it was good. I rented Blue Dragon and played like an hour and a half but didn’t like it. Eternal Sonata is great and I’m 16 hours into the game! I want to rent Zelda: PH later this year when I have a DS for FF XII: RW.
For those that liked Rogue Galaxy and Odin Sphere? Their main counterparts for the Fall this year may be: Persona 3, Blue Dragon, and Eternal Sonata. What do you think of those ones? 😀

How do I delete this post? Where’s the delete button on the Editing page?
Stop Printing Everything Like Its The Start Of A Sentence.
As for which is best, I don’t know. Never played OS, but I have RG, and its pretty nice. I’m at the last point until you hafta fight through 20 bosses to beat the game, but I just can’t do it. TWENTY-FREAKIN’-BOSSES!!!! Why? Why the heck do you HAVE to fight 20? There should be a secret level or bonus dungeon afterwards.

Persona 3 kicks ass,it might be even better than the other 2…as for the other 2 haven’t played em but they’ll be on me next list probably 😀
Persona 3 is loved by everybody! I never heard any bad comment about the game. I thought the 3 hours I played were good but I don’t need to buy it. I recommend the game though. Rent Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata!
Blue Dragon I rented and I didn’t like it much. Eternal Sonata I’m beating within a few days. I’m currently renting it but I’m buying my official copy in a half hour! 🙂
EDIT:
Let’s start a new poll! What game is better: Persona 3, Blue Dragon, or Eternal Sonata?!
My vote is for Eternal Sonata, what’s your vote for?
I dunno why there are 20 bosses, but GameFAQS said there are 20 bosses.
As for the new poll, never played any o’ them.
The sidequests in this game(not including the New Game+ "Encore" 2nd playthrough stuff) are:
Collecting all score pieces(I got all but one or two in the first playthrough)
Doing the trading(I didn’t do this, wasn’t paying attention when I should have started it, in the end it wasn’t necessary or too important)
Bonus Dungeon "Mysterious Unison"(I’m doing this tonight, I’ve saved right outside the entrance)
I’m currently 31 hours into the game I believe. I’m getting pretty excited! 🙂
I wish I had more time/money to play the top rpg’s and that I had beaten some of the top older rpg’s already so I could focus on the new ones. If that was the situation I’d beat these rpg’s this fall…
Jeanne D’Arc(assuming I like it)
Eternal Sonata
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions(CRITICAL!)
Front Mission
Final Fantasy XI: Wings of the Goddess(CRITICAL!)
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings(CRITICAL!)
…after beating these ones, I’d beat a couple games I delayed beating…
The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
Mass Effect
I was talking about the band ruling dude haha. Oh and the picnic was really cheery and happy and shit like the guy runnin this thread:
