I know where the stratedgy guide says he is and that its supposed to be heavy snow for him to apear but there is never heavy snow there so is the guide wrong(again) or what.And I didnt post in all caps, you happy?

Start at the sand strewn pass in bur omisace, exit to the parmina rift head directly to the head of the silver flow from there go to the ice bound flow, then the Karydine Glacier then finally head to the Silverflow’s end if at anytime there isnt a blizzard in the area you’re in then you went the wrong way.
