I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if not can the mods/admins move it to the right place.

I know that it’s possible to rip PSX music from Playstation discs (using tools like PSXMC), but does anyone know of a tool that can do the same thing with models or imagery?

I’m specifically interested in ripping Jumping Flash, in the hope of doing a remake/enhancement of the original game.

Anybody have any idea(s)?

If you go to Home Depot, the answer is Mexican.

No, just kidding, no but serious. I don’t know. I’d google something like "PlayStation music rip" or something.

I’ve gone down the google route without success. There were a couple of apps by "reptile" but they didn’t do what I was hoping for. The music isn’t a problem – I can rip that easily; it’s the 3D models and/or textures I need.

It might have to be the hard way and recreate them myself. I hoped it wouldn’t come to that. It was always a long shot.

Cheers anyway.
