Search it in You Tube, there’s a couple of different fights like Ryu vs. Scorpion, or Homer vs. Peter Griffin.
Basically it’s a fighting game engine that allows you to use any character (literally) in any game (with some programming) as a fighter.

I got Mugen too but I have problems installing ScreenCaps.So I can only have so many characters not the screen full of them like the screen caps show.
