It looks hard, but it’s surprisingly easy once you get used to it. You just need to log on to their channel first with mIRC.

Open mIRC.
type:
/server irc.rizon.net
/j #nipponsei
Make sure the archive and distro bots are there.
Then type /msg name-goes-here xdcc send #
Select where you want you files… Or maybe you are too lazy to fiddle with the options and the files got dumped in the basic folder somewhere on C:

The downloads are fairly speedy depending on when you are downloading them. But I find it much easier to use than using file sharing sites like Megaupload because I don’t have to deal with seeing that "please wait XXX minutes before next download."
