A Game To End All FF7 Compilation

This is my first post so bear with me if I mess anything up. First off, I loved FF7 and still believe the game is still one of the best. I do hate the fact that all these other games are being made to give the story of FF7 a new unique feel with the help of the recent boom of technology in addition to the lack of unoriginal ideas flooding the market. What really ticked me off and at the same time smile with glee was the secret ending to Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy 7. That scene with Genesis taking Weiss body just screams for another FF7 sequel, which most likely will lead to the end of the compilation and will allow Square Enix to work on better things. With this all said and done, it is now up to the fans to think what is going to be in this next FF7 title. Here is a list of ideas:

1) The aftermath of Dirge of Cerebus (it’s a given, just has to be)
2) The reconstruction of W.R.O. (if anyone joins, not after the beating it got)
3) The personality development of the characters (not Cloud and Vincent)
4) How all the events from Before Crisis to Cerberus leads to final sequel.
5) If the is a way in hell for Cloud and Tifa to level up :naughty:
6) The remenant of DG (if any)

That’s all I can think of right now but if anyone has any other ideas please post them and thanks for not flamming me. To tell the truth, I’m just bored =)

Taking into account that the original development team who worked on FFVII back in 1995-96, have moved on to other projects, I’d rather SE quit the world of FFVII and move on as well.

All the other FFVII prequels/sequels/spin offs, were made by different development teams… who, imo, had no real idea or comprehension about what FFVII was.

FFVII is a good game, but should be left alone now. Move on to other games and such, and stop rehashing older titles, with new things.

All the other FFVII prequels/sequels/spin offs don’t have a good story, they messed up. It could have been a lot better, than it is.

Imagine a remake with the story from crisis core to after dirge of cerberus =D That would make everyone happy.

Man, how about a Big Brother-type contest where we put in the designers of FFVII all together and then let the creative juices flow. And by letting the creative juices flow I mean tell them that if they don’t cease any FFVII-related activities, a deadly gas will shoot out from the walls and make their brains leak out their ears.

I’d pay to see not only their grisly demise, but also that of FFVII on-screen. Fuck FFVII. It’s been around for 10 years and it didn’t do anything to deserve it.

lol. How about FF7: Survivor. All of the main PC’s plus Sephiroth and the Turks are forced to tough it out on a deserted volcanic island surviving with only their witts and without materia. I can see the first night of elimination: everyone unanimously votes Cait Sith off.

Because he was the only character in the game to actually have less of a one-dimensional personality?

Yes I can see how the lame archetypes that comprise the cast of FFVII would be stupid enough to outcast the one character that had more than met the eye, even if only at a shallow puddle of water level.

Personally I would want 4 more things in the Compilation, 1) a true sequel, FF VII-2, that happens after DoC with Genesis as a the main bad guy 2) another movie project that would end the series completely happening after the sequel game 3) a port of Before Crisis to the NDS or PSP so I can play the damn thing and 4) A remake of FF VII on the PS3 that takes all the events of the other projects into account.

sorry to burst everyones bubble about a ff7 remake on ps3 but square have released a statement saying the will not make a remake of ff7 for ps3 as they class it as a waste of money Even though most of the creative team said they would love to do it and enjoyed creating the E3 trailer. (which was just to show how the graphics have been improved and not a hint on a new game.

They really shouldn’t have used FFVII for the graphics demo – it got all the fanboys begging for a remake.
