To be clear, this is the FIRST time they meet:
It’s when Tails is all: "Sonic!"
Sonic replies: "Tails! Long time no see"
Tails continue: "I’m glad you’re here…" etcetera, you get the picture: THAT scene.

it’s a track on the 3-disc OST. its track #9 on the first disc. the track name is "Soleanna Castle Town." if you want you can download the whole OST on this thread.

I’m only looking for THAT song. I have pretty much the rest of the OST from a while back but thanks a lot Now my searches can be more specific.
