Nevermind, found it. It goes by the alternate title "Justice High School – Legion of Heroes." Sorry ’bout that, and thanks. The funny thing is the Wikipedia article didn’t mention this name, only mine and "Shiritsu Justice Gakuen: Legion of Heroes."
