You can convert the flv file to mpeg or avi using riva flv encoder. here (http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder)
Use any software to separate the audio stream from the video. Here is a list on google. The second one looked like a decent trial, but i didn’t test it. google (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=avi+to+mp3&btnG=Search)
