Drakengard 2: the main theme in english

I looked at the search engine in this forum looking for anyone who has posted the ST to the game, but it seems no one has posted it yet, or it’s been imbeded in a thread with over 1000 posts and I can’t find it.

Anyway, I am desperatly looking for the english main theme of Drakengard 2 (aka Drag-on Dragoon 2, I think.) Even though I went through the credits more than a few times (Because I played the super duper cool final boss at the end of the game multiple times because it was so wicked) and I didn’t seem to pick up a name for the song. I can tell you however that exerpts of it are played in the opening, some of the cinematic scenes, the final boss, and in the credits it’s played in english, japanese and in orchestra. (They REALLY like their own main theme, apparently. Suddenly, His World comes to mind.)

Because I don’t have a copy of the song myself, I have been reduced to starting the boss and pressing pause and listening to it that way. I haven’t picked up all of the lyrics yet, but if you still don’t know which song I’m talking about, then here are a few exerpts of lyrics I’ve semi-memorized. (Note: they may or may not be acurate.)

It’s a slow song, I know, but I really like the melody. I hope it’s not too un-manly that I listen to songs like these. :-[

To rap up, I’d really appreciate if one of you (Or more than one. I’m not picky. 🙂 ) could upload the song (And preferrably not jumbled up in 30 second soundbytes).

As an insentive, if someone uploads it for me, I MIGHT consider filming myself singing it and post it on youtube. MIGHT, because I’ve never done something like that before (though I have thaught about it), and I’m not really sure as to whether or not I can sing. Though, as I said before, I am desperatly looking for the song. If I do it though, don’t expect Clay Aiken or anything.

I actually am going to a karaoke party tommorow, so if anybody brings a video camera, I’ll negotiate singing this song. Although it’s an Anime club karaoke party, so we’re only supposed to sing songs in japanese. But I actually have the japanese version of this song (though I admittedly like the english version better,) so maybe I’ll sing that. Besides, considering I’m supplying the karaoke machine, I don’t see why they wouldn’t make a little acception. (Although my plan was to sing a Crush 40 song.)

Hey guys. I’ve uploaded a slightly different version of Growing Full Wings than the 1st one provided up above.

I think its a cleaner version and sounds like the one that was on one of the original English trailers for Drakengard.

And if anybody knows where i can get the song that plays on the original japanese trailer for Drakengard i’d be thankful. Its a song that sounds like the end of the world is coming, kinda like the FF VII intro song.
