If there isnt a soundtrack for it does someone know a place where I can dowload the music for it? I really like the music title screen music and the first level music. The level called Pirate Panic.

Well there are a lot of users that have already uploaded the complete soundtrack on sites such as megaupload, rapidshare, etc. You should search the forums a little bit more. Here is one of the multiple links where you can get it:

Oh yeah, Galbadia Hotel DOES have Diddy and Dixie Kong’s Level Ending Themes, but I SERIOUSLY DOUBT that’s what you’re looking for. Either way, I’ll post the links for you (just in case).
