10,000 Days

This album by Tool is one of my favorites, have any you heared it? and what are your thoughts on it?

People really have a strong reaction to the album. Either you love it, or you hate it. I love it. Honestly, it feels like a great compliation of all of their previous albums. The rawness of Undertow & Opiate. The bleakness & humor of Aenima. The sequence of life, wonder, & finding yourself while searching for everything around you in Lateralus. 10,000 Days is easily my favorite Tool album.

I think I liked 3 tracks out of the 11.

I think it is boring and unimaginative. Listening to it is like a marathon or something. I don’t totally dislike Tool, they do certainly have some very good songs, 10,000 Days is a very poor album though.

I can understand where people stand on it though, not liking it. It is rather different and not as inspired as there earlier work. But I just love "right in two" and "wings for marie parts 1 and 2" I also have �nima and Lateralus. I just find 10,000 days easier to listen to sometimes.

tool is my favorite band,but i still think 10,000 days was a 4/10,it had a couple songs worth listening too,but the rest were just boring.and it feels like more than half of the album is filler.
