Might you be talking about the first "Return of the Living Dead"? I don’t recall any themes for the zombie rising in part two, but I could be mistaken, in light of the whole "Rising" sequence from the first movie was SO memorable.

Also, the beginning of "Ernest Scared Stupid" had some horrendous music that’s comically intriguing.
