I have looked everywhere, but I cannot find any songs from a game called Operation Winback for the Ps2/N64.
I’m getting extremely frustrated.

Right there with you. No one seems to care about Winback. I own both the PS2 and N64 versions of the game. If I had the proper software and if I actually knew how to rip music from games, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
