Its the US Version of the Pari Jona Daisakusen
It might also be named Party Party or Party Join Us.

I looked through the OST for Shin Chan, but not exactly the song I wanted. It wasn’t the song played on Adult Swim.

Thanks to anyone who can find this song.

I tried looking for it, i found more matches using "Shin Chan – Party Party" (with quotes), but the only things that turned up were Shockwave Flash versions found in MySpace, or something of the sort and non-mp3. May be a difficult task, so I don’t expect to see immidiate result, but who knows, whoever takes up this task may have better luck than me.

Would like MP3 or WMA format.
