How much HP would be a good idea to have on the Ragnarok? Cause I’ve done the ‘bare essentials’ all the way through and I’m on the Ragnarok with Squall and Rinoa, and niether of them have over 1500 HP.
Would it be a good idea for me to start again? Cause I can kill one of those monsters, maybe two, but other than that I’m ******.

Should I start again?

uhhh…
not helpful!
Squall has about 1489 HP or something like that and Rinoa has 1048 HP, I think.

Should, by anyone’s divine knowledge, I restart the game?

Well your HP is a product of your Junctions (also your level but mostly your junctions), so it is inevitable that I ask you

How are your junctions?

You’re either at a pretty damn low level, or at a fairly low level (30 for Squall, 20 for Rinoa) and don’t have anything Junctioned to your HP.

So yeah, junction some Curagas/Full Lifes/Regens to your HP and equip HP + 20%/40%/80% abilities to your characters. That should solve your problem. Also, if you haven’t done so already, junction high level magic like Firaga or Flare to your strength for Squall and equip some Strength +20%/40%/60% abilities.

Strange. When I was on the Ragnorok on my first playthrough, I knew nothing of junctioning and was about level 15 for both Squall and Rinoa. And yet, I was still able to get part that part. o.O

Just do what ThroneofOminous said, and it shouldn’t be too hard at all.

Squall is Level 30, I think, and Rinoa is level 21.

But, don’t worry about it. I’ve found a way to kill them. Blind them so they can’t hit you and their magic is **** so I’m not losing too much health. I’ve got five down and three to go, except I think I only have two ‘Blind’ left.

Oh well, life goes on. I know now for next time.

Thanks for your help.

Never mind, I’ve got all eight down now. It took me long enough, but nothing is worth anything if you can get through it easily on the first attempt.

Thanks for all your help.
