Currently Monolith is working on Disaster: Day of Crisis for the Wii.

I would care if I liked any of those games.

Not saying the games are necessarily bad, but it’s not my CUP OF POKETEA

Well I thought it was kind of big news. But then again, I found the Baten Kaitos series (2 games up until this point), to be one of the most original and unique experiences I’ve had with gaming in a long time. Hopefully this means more BK games will be developed.

Hmm… i haven’t played Baten Kaitos, quick description please? And is it worth buying?

It’s a ‘card’ battle system type of a game. Really clever in how it’s incorportated, even harder to explain. Best thing I could say is to look up some battle videos on Youtube or somewhere. RPG genre that could easily warrant a third or fourth title in the series. Critical acclaim, poor sales.

Ok. So card style battle system? You know, i’ve never actually owned any of those types of games… Maybe i should get Baten Kaitos? Or would you recommend i different card style battle game? (I’ve got Wii and ps2)
