I made this rip, so feel free to ask me questions about it. Lots of information is in the release notes (waaaay too much info, actually 🙂 ) so be sure to check those out first.
It’s based off the MIDI version of the soundtrack at LucasArts Soundtracks (http://soundtracks.mixnmojo.com/mi2.htm). I tried to get this up there first, actually – it seemed like a natural home for this thing – but the guy who runs the place said he’s pretty busy these days and wouldn’t really have time to put it up. So hopefully Galbadia Hotel can serve that purpose instead. 🙂
The tracklist numbering, titles, and lengths/arrangements are all modelled off that MIDI soundtrack wherever possible, so if you like this soundtrack I highly recommend you download that soundtrack as well to compare/contrast.
This rip is missing only one song that I know about, the song that plays outside Elaine’s mansion when Guybrush steals the map. I couldn’t get the dang dog to stop barking. If any of you out there can help me with this (admittedly a pretty small chance) please feel free to post or contact me at the email address in the release notes.
