Cant play God Of War 2 Media files with cube media player 2.

So i scanned the first layer of my God of war 2 DVD and found Media files such as video and audio, but i can’t playback them with cube media player.

Do i need some sort of plugin?

Try the "Scan File" and scan each and everything that looks to have audio in it. Then you’ll have to find the correct offsets to get the audio to even play right because it sounds like garbage if you don’t (unless it’s from a FMV or "streamed audio"). Don’t ask me how to find the right offsets because i’ve yet to even bother with it to be honest.

I have got the same problem with many others games.In fact, it’s because we aren’t registered.The free trial version isn’t complete, unfortunately.
We need to be registered (it’s not free :-\), if we wants to rips our games with CMP2.

Maybe you could try a different media player: VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/) It’s multi-platform and play all sorts of different media formats.

Well i downloaded the serial for Cube and it is the full version, but what i think it is is that i just got the program itself and not the extra plug ins and the DLLs. the website is down also.
