I’ve seen boxes and individuals on eBay. I wasn’t about to pay 17 bucks for the Rinoa I saw. A Selphie, maybe. But not Rinoa 😛

K- Naw just English Class sticks to mind because after we read the Play we got to see a Taped Version of an Offical at that Time Live performance for a Park in New york. It was really well done and my favorite Part of that Whole Semester in that class. Now if you want High Brow I have breezed through Homer’s(Greek writter not the Simpsons) Odyssey in Latin before. =)

TTAdvance is a pretty cool site, I remember being addicted to it years ago when it was Triple Triad X or Triple Triad Gold or something. I remember saving up my points to buy the Ward Card. I don’t know why, I just liked Ward.

And Marvin I saw a pack of those at this card store I used to buy footy cards from. I think they were out for like $20. Then again that was around the time I spent that much on Adam Thomson’s rookie card.

i used to play this in my lunch break at work about 6 months ago, i couldnt take the risk of getting caught (it wasnt always in my lunchbreak) so i quit.

Its a damn good job i hadnt seen those FFVIII cards 2 years ago, i wouldve been hooked, now though, i think ive grown past the whole ‘gotta catch em’ all’ rubbish. IMO these kind of cards are just another way for these companies to make money buy charging extortionate prices for a bit of card and ink.

What I wouldn’t give for a full set of those cards and a gaming mat. Fuck, did I spend a lot of time playing that game. Probably more than I did playing the actual game (FFVIII) itself.

Triple Triad was the second-best mini-game in FF history. Only bltizball was more addictive. 🙂

Triple Triad and Blitzball are two minigames I used to love but now only play to get the rewards they bring, which is why most people would play them. Blitzball especially, so many people dislike that game, though a lot of people still love Triple Triad.

And I have to concur with Ceidwad_yr_Arfau, I think I’ve spent more time playing Triple Triad in FFVIII than I have on any other aspect of the game.

Blitzball from X is amazingly fun and I foolishly had to level Wakka up by playing catch in the spherepool because I couldn’t keep myself from playing until he became available for scouting 😛 Raising him from lvl 3 into the 50’s so he could learn his key techniques was such a pain, but I did it anyway.

Triple Triad is my favorite FF card game, mainly because I could honestly see the inhabitants of the world playing it–like SeeD’s playing it with locals in between missions. I can’t see the inhabitants of IX playing Tetra Master as such–I’m STILL not exactly sure how the mathematics work 😀

I love Tetra anyway, though. I’ve played TT, TM, and Xenocard enough to get all the cards, so yeah it’s fair to say I enjoy them quite a bit.

I’ve been tempted to buy those cards off Ebay. Just because I saw them again, I’m gonna check for prices :D. DAMN YOU!
